Before you start
Confirm in your declaration, CC&Rs, or bylaws:
- Total number of voting units or voting interests
- Quorum percentage or fixed number required
- Whether proxies and advance votes count toward quorum
This tool provides planning math only. The chair must still confirm quorum using your official registration and proxy records at the meeting.
