AGM Readiness Check

Self-assessment for boards preparing an annual membership meeting or special session.

How to use this tool

Work through the checklist below before sending meeting notice or opening registration. The readiness score shows how prepared your association appears for the annual meeting.

Items reflect common U.S. HOA and condo practice. Adjust for your state statute and governing documents.

What a high readiness score means

A high score suggests core planning tasks are in place — not that the meeting is guaranteed to succeed. Quorum and election outcomes still depend on owner participation.
